Our client came to us needing help to bring their ex-rental property back to life. What was once a family home had unfortunately been left in a bit of a state. We were asked to project manage the job and get it back to looking and feeling like a home again.

This involved a new kitchen with new fixtures, ripping out the existing bathroom and separate toilet and replacing with all new fixtures and tapware, a full replacement of the bathroom and toilet floor due to rot, repairing minor water damage around the existing shower, removing the existing fireplace, upgrading all of the lighting and switches, install of new skirting/scotia, full interior repaint and new carpet and vinyl flooring.
